Cooling System Flush only £55.00 inc VAT

Includes refill system with VW G12++ Antifreeze

Your car's radiator and cooling system needs to be clean in order to effectively cool the engine.

Over time lime scale and rust build up within the radiator and coolant pipes, significantly reducing the efficiency of the cooling system. This can lead to leaks and engine overheating problems. We recommend flushing your coolant system at least once every two years for maximum engine cooling & heater performance.

£45.00 if carried out during a service
£20.00 if carried out during timing belt/water pump change

Brake Fluid Change only £45.00
£30.00 with any brake job

We only use approved DOT4 brake fluid

Brake fluid plays a crucial role as it transfers the force created when you press the brake pedal directly to the brakes.

Heat generated especially during hard or prolonged braking, may affect the brake fluid which only works if it is liquid and not so hot that it has become vapour. Therefore the boiling point your brake fluid achieves is critical to efficient braking as temperatures above the boiling point form vapour bubbles in the system, potentially resulting in brake failure. In addition brake fluid absorbs water very easily after three years of service, the average boiling point of the brake fluid may have dropped by up to 50% because of moisture contamination and may not meet minimum safety requirements.

VW & Audi recommend you replace your brake fluid every 2 years.

Haldex oil change only £45.00 inc VAT

Haldex oil & filter change only £95.00 inc VAT

The Haldex system automatically distributes power between the front and rear wheels depending on slippage

The Haldex system automatically distributes power between the front and rear wheels depending on slippage, it normally sends 95% of the power to the front wheels. It can react in as little as one seventh of a revolution of any wheel. Electronic sensors and controls modify the system's response characteristics, for better operation in conditions ranging from dry pavement to loose gravel, snow, ice, or mud. A pre-charge pump charges the hydraulic system to allow the coupling to engage quickly. In order to maintain the system efficiency VW and Audi recommend changing the Haldex oil every 20,000 miles and changing the Haldex oil & filter every 40,000 Miles.

4 Wheel Laser Alignment only £55.00 inc VAT
£45.00 with a service or any suspension work

Please note, there may be an additional charge for vehicles which have been lowered

Incorrect wheel alignment can cause uneven tyre wear, pulling to the left or right, uncentred steering wheel, or poor handling. If you are experiencing any of these symptons then you should have your wheel alignment checked as soon as possible. If anything has been changed to do with the suspension and steering, the alignment should be checked. It also makes sense to get your wheel alignment checked periodically as general wear and tear along with the bumps and knocks of every day driving can put your wheels out of alignment. We offer a full specialist four wheel laser alignment service, carried out by fully trained and experienced technicians. There is a big difference between this and a basic tracking check performed by a high street tyre outlet. Good regular alignment checks are an investment against premature tyre wear and in the long term will pay for themselves. Please visit our FAQ page for more information.

Let Nirro handle your collision repairs and refinishing needs. We have teamed up with the same reputable auto bodyshop that we have been recommending to our customers for the past 15 years. With our strong understanding of how insurance companies work, we can handle your claim from start to finish.

Our non-fault accident management team can deal with all aspects of your claim whether it be arranging for a true like for like courtesy car, or recovering your out of pocket expenses and compensation for personal injuries.

We won't let the insurance companies cut corners or use inferior parts. Your vehicle will be repaired to factory specifications using only Genuine VW/Audi parts.

In the event your car is deemed a total loss, we have a database of used car prices to show the true value of your vehicle and always at a more generous amount than an insurance companies initial valuation.

The Five Most Important Tips If You Are Involved In An Accident

1. See if anybody is hurt.
Call the police/ambulance if needed. Do not move anyone, they could be in shock and feel fine now but might be seriously injured and not know it.

2. Prepare your case.Look for witnesses, get as many names and phone numbers as you can from witnesses. Try to take pictures of all cars involved before they are moved to the side of the road. While everything is fresh in your mind, write down what happened and draw a sketch as soon as you have the time

3. Get all involved parties details.
Insurance information, description of driver, registration number and the names and phone numbers of everyone in the cars. Do not discuss or speculate about the accident with anyone.

4. Do not admit fault.
Even if you are to blame, say nothing!

5. Have your car towed to Nirro anytime 24 hrs a day.
If your vehicle is brought to the towing companies yard, they will charge you the highest rates allowed by law. If the towing company is not willing to bring your car to Nirro, call our agent Mr Big Recovery on 07957 555303 who will pick up your vehicle and bring it to our facility at a much lower rate. If you were not at fault this cost can be reclaimed from the Third Party Insurer.

After an accident, many insurance companies will recommend the damage be repaired at one of their preferred bodyshops. Choosing a preferred shop may make the repair process faster but it will also guarantee that any excess due will come from your pocket, even though the accident wasn't your fault.
Insurance companies are notorious for trying to save money on repair costs and may insist their preferred auto body shops take short cuts on repairing your vehicle or use lower cost aftermarket (non-original equipment) body parts.

Nirro Ltd are an independent automotive service center and a strong consumer advocate. When a vehicle is in our bodyshop, we will insist the insurance company or warranty company pay for OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts and for any service necessary to return your vehicle to factory specifications!

At Nirro we Guarantee 100% Satisfaction.
